Jerome Russell Punky Hair Colour Atlantic Blue, 3.5 Oz

I love using punky color but it can be hard to find in stores. This was the cheapest one I could find online and it arrived quickly. I highly recommend this brand, it works very well, is easy to use, and doesn’t damage hair at all.
