Update -Next batch (3rd) arrived, packaging was fine. This batch is silver rather than gold, no markings, threads all look fantastic and well machined.————————————————Product arrived on time, as advertised, packaged in one of those “if it fits – it ships!”USPS boxes, undamaged.Product was inside it’s own merchandise box then wrapped sealed and taped in a USPS baggie inside the standard USPS shipping box.All threads look good, canisters are generic with no branding but functionally fine, and should I need to re-thread any, no big deal – IT’S NOT Rocket Science folks!Great deal if you don’t need branding, vendor seems to have resolved shipping and quality issues that some other reviewers mentioned based on my own experience.(2nd time I have purchased CO2 from them).As FYI should you need to re-thread one of these, the Guys (or Gal’s) at Home Depot, Lowes, Ace or your local hardware store will easily provide you a nut for your procurement and threading pleasure for I’m guessing less than a $1.00 and probably less then $0.25 if you don’t have one already lying around in a container somewhere !Alternatively if you buy Innovations CO2 Cartridge holder that mounts between your bottle holder and the frame of your bike, you could also use one of the 4 holders to reset the thread assuming the thread is not totally whacked, less desirable and more expensive than a nut, but would work if your in a pinch and already have one of these bad boys on your bike – see here for cartridge holder http://www.amazon.com/Innovations-Cartridge-Cross-CO2-Holder/dp/B0035U1DG2/ref=pd_bxgy_sg_img_bHope this helps those of you on the fence about this item.
